Total Life Changes compensation plan has changed once again. TLC has been around for a few years now, even surviving a shut down of operations. With the addition of a nationally recognized fitness expert things may be looking up for TLC.

Total Life Changes has run the gauntlet as a company in the network marketing industry. Their flagship product Nutraburst, a liquid vitamin, came on the scene shortly after Eniva created a huge buzz with their liquid vitamin.

TLC was never able to capture much of the market due to looking like another ‘me too’ product along with the home office actually being run out of the owners house. The shutdown came after the owner decided to work another network marketing company as a distributor if memory serves me correctly.

Total Life changes compensation plan has followed Synaura in adopting the single straight line forced matrix recently made very popular by the internet based network marketing company Mandura. Just as Synaura added a few tweaks to the single leg compensation plan, TLC has also added a few of their own.

One of the additions I want to mention is the %50 monthly bonus payout for all personally sponsored reps. This is a very good addition to the pay plan. Neither Mandura or Synaura offer this in their plan.For each $40 monthly commitment your personals make, you make $20. Sponsor three and you are in profit. Very appealing and doable.

Also, as in Mandura and Synaura there are bonus pools which you can take part in by meeting certain requirements. In the Total Life changes compensation plan there are 15 bonus pools compared to 20 in the other two companies.

The nice feature TLC added is a matching bonus pools bonus of 25% down four generations of your personal sponsorship line. It’s another very good improvement on the straight line forced matrix compensation plan.

TLC has also added a few of Dr. Miller’s products to their line including the popular Laslo tea. Clark Bartram, a nationally known fitness expert has come on board as a spokesman and what looks to be the company fitness trainer. Similar to Tony Little in GoGo for life, I expect to see some of Clark’s fitness products to be made available to the distributor field.

I really like the upgrades to the product line and the compensation plan Total Life Changes has made. The question is can they now make an impact in the network marketing industry or will they fade away once again?

Automating your network marketing business is crucial to your success online. Most people in the network marketing industry are part-time. They either have full-time jobs or a business that requires them to be there. Time is very limited.

There are family concerns and functions that eat away at your free time as well. Building a network marketing business after 8-10 hours at the job and then coming home to more responsibilities leaves little time to accomplish what needs to be done.

Do you really want to spend what little free time you do have cold calling leads or attending meetings all over town? I know I don’t and you probably don’t either.

So what is the alternative?

Automate as much of your business as possible. You need to have systems setup that take care of many of the time eating actions you need to do in order to build a network marketing business.

I recommend you getting a set for yourself and listen to them a few times if you want to speed up the learning curve. He’s one of my top two favorites when it comes to sharing valuable content with his subscribers.

A new online network marketing system/funded proposal has recently launched. It’s called Prosperity Central. It’s currently the Beta version but most of the tools and resources are in place to use the system now.

Prosperity Central is really more an online network marketing system than strictly a funded proposal. It focuses more on promoting you, your team, your company or product more than tools or training. The funded proposal part comes from the two-tiered affiliate program attached to system from everyone who signs up to use the system for their particular company.

It’s a little different approach to the whole funded proposal concept. You can still make money from people who decide to not join your business but want to use the system. There is also one other program inside where you can also make an affiliate commission from called Phone Burner, but that’s it. It’s definitely a departure from the latest system releases that offer multiple ways to earn affiliate commissions using their systems.

Prosperity Central offers three entry levels. Basic, Pro, and Premier. Basic is free. Pro is $24.95 monthly and Premier will cost you $49.95 a month. The paid options come with a 30 day free trial. There are very limited features with the free basic version. You do get a lead capture page with a pre-made video included. You can choose one of three different movies for your page. Toll-free voicemail is also included with an extension number.

There is much more available in the paid versions. Ten plus lead capture pages to choose from. Live support, auto responders, custom domain, audio creation, ability to purchase leads, audio creator, automated ad tracking, access to the Phone Burner software, plus other features. All these are available at the pro level.

The premier level also includes a video creator, web conferencing, bridge number for conference calling, and what Prosperity Central calls web sharing which is actually the ability to create a replicated site and tools you can share with your entire team. It seems you can create an unlimited number of replicated sites.

You need to be a paid member to receive affiliate commissions from the 2-tiered payout. The payout is $8/2 for pro members, $16/4 at premier level. This is a little low in my opinion but not terrible. There is also not much internet marketing training for members in the back office. You also can’t use 3^rd party auto responders like Aweber or getresponse which is a drawback as well.

Another part of the system I feel needs improving is that there are only 6 pre-written emails in the follow-up email series. Funded proposal systems like MLM lead system pro come with 28 pre-written emails. People are looking for something to plug into and not have to come up with their own content in the beginning.

I really like the web sharing feature and feel this is probably the best part of the system. You can create free replicated sites for your team to use. The free toll-free voicemail is also a big plus. Prosperity central does host training calls every week. You can also customize virtually everything in the paid versions which is another good feature.

Prosperity Central looks like it’s going to be a solid marketing system. As I mentioned earlier, their focus is more on promoting your company with the ability to brand yourself thru the lead capture pages as opposed to marketing various tools and courses on the front-end and promoting your company on the back-end like many of the other funded proposal systems do. You just need to decide which method suits you the best.

Leads are the lifeblood of your network marketing business. Without them you have no long-term business. You must also have a constant flow of new leads and it’s very important to have them coming in from more than one source.

If Google decides to slap network marketers around again and that is the only way you get in front of prospects your business is in trouble. It’s always good to know more than one way to find leads effectively.

Just don’t try and learn them all at once. This will lead to you being overwhelmed by it all and then the next step is you become paralyzed not knowing what to do next.

Follow this simple 3 step method to creating multiple streams of MLM lead generation:

1. Learn a lead generating strategy

Get some training on the ‘how to’ of lead generating strategies. E-books, webinars, courses, or preferably someone in your group or team. Then once you get a basic understanding start doing it.

Article marketing, PPc, reverse marketing, forum marketing, social marketing, whatever you choose. Don’t wait to learn everything there is to know before you take action. Get in there.

2. Become efficient in that strategy

Make more money then you spend using your chosen method. If it’s a free method, do it until you feel confident you can generate some leads every time you use it. Then you are ready for step 3.

3. Put it on auto pilot

Once you have a good handle on it then automate that strategy so you can pick another lead generating method.

Then just rinse and repeat.

Make sure to also track your results so you know what works and what doesn’t. Very soon you will have several methods generating you leads so if something happens to one your business doesn’t miss a beat.
